Montebello Full-Arch Dental Implants, Planned Digitally

One arch, planned as a whole

Full arch, individual implants, or a denture:
which one fits?

Full-arch dental implants replace every tooth on the upper or lower arch with one fixed bridge held by 4-6 implants, so the whole row anchors to bone instead of resting on the gums. At Whittier Palm Dental, Montebello full-arch dental implants are planned from a 3D scan that shows which of three routes fits your bone and budget.

A full-arch implant bridge

4-6 implants hold one bridge that never comes out, and nothing covers the palate.

Several individual implants

If many teeth are healthy, single implants or short implant bridges keep what still works.

A conventional denture

The least invasive and least expensive route; we design and 3D print digital dentures in-office.

How we plan and place a full arch

Every full arch is designed from a CBCT scan and intraoral scans, then placed through a custom 3D-printed surgical guide; we never place implants freehand. Dr. Winslow is a credentialed member and associate fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and completed a nine-month MaxiCourse in Implant Dentistry.

  • Scan first: the CBCT shows bone, sinus, and nerve position, and the final tooth position is set before any implant is positioned.
  • Grafting when needed: sinus lifts, guided bone regeneration, and socket preservation are done in-office for patients told elsewhere that they lack bone.

Your full-arch consultation in Montebello

The consultation is a diagnostic visit: a clinical exam, a CBCT scan when appropriate, and a clear answer on which routes fit and what each costs. Our team works in English and Spanish.

How much do Montebello full-arch dental implants cost?

Cost depends on arches, extractions, grafting, and restoration, so you receive a written breakdown after the scan. We accept all PPO plans, our Kleer membership plan discounts treatment for a yearly fee, and Cherry and Sunbit financing spread payments monthly.

How long does a full arch take?

Most cases run four to eight months from scan to final bridge; grafting that must heal first adds several months.

- Surgery day: extractions and grafting if planned, guided placement, and same-day provisional teeth when the implants seat firmly enough.
- Healing: three to six months while the implants integrate.
- Final bridge: screw-retained and typically zirconia, or an implant-supported denture if you prefer removable.

Am I a candidate for a full arch?

Most adults losing most teeth on an arch can be candidates, including many told they lack bone. Gum disease is treated first, and we discuss smoking frankly because it slows healing.

What is recovery like?

Expect 2-3 days of swelling, a week before normal routines, and several weeks of softer foods. Clean under the bridge with a water flosser, keep regular hygiene visits, and call if anything feels loose; same-day care is possible.
